What are the benefits of using this Agency?

Everyone on our team are true performers. When you hire someone from Silverstage, you are hiring an artist at an international level. Our musicians have worked with some of the top acts in the world including Dizzy Rascal, Florence and the Machine, Beyonce, Michael Buble, and The Dutch Metropole Orchestra. Here are some of the key benefits of using Silvestage Entertainment:

Security: We have a network of top quality, pre-auditioned artists. If anyone is sick or unable to make it for whatever reason, we are able to complete your act on short notice. This is one less potential stress waiting for you when the pressure is at it’s peak.

Quality control: Each act has been personally selected for skill and experience. The level of professionalism is bar none, ensuring that you don’t have to spend time searching and worrying if the act you choose will deliver on the day.

Diversity: We have musicians from a wide range of skill sets and moods – from a classic string quartet, to a high energy swing band. Whatever mood you want, will be seamlessly delivered.

Personalized service: We are a team of bespoke artists, and we care. We will tailor our services to fit the event or occasion as you like. Contributing years of experience and our knowledge from thousands of Weddings, Events, and gigs, we will help you put together the perfect set for your occasion.

How much will the band cost?

We aim to keep our prices competitive, although factors such as travel distance (from London) and arrival / finish times will affect our fees. As each event has different requirements we offer free quotes tailored to your needs .Please don’t hesitate to enquire further for a full quote.

How do we make a booking?

Bookings are confirmed by receipt of a 50% deposit and a signed Musicians Union Band Hire Agreement stating full details of the event. Remaining payment is normally required on the day of the gig or within 7 days after the performance (by bank transfer or cheque or as cash). Musician’s Union booking agreements comply with up to date industry standards.

How far in advance should we book?

The further in advance you book the better chance you have of securing the act you want as they are all professionals and may get booked for other gigs. We do however take last minute bookings.

We can’t find exactly what we want on the site, can you recommend any other bands/acts/musicians to us?

Having worked in the business for over 20 years I’ve been fortunate enough to meet lots of other acts/musicians not featured on the site. Any of the bands on the site can be customized to larger or smaller outfits and any other act you can think of  but can’t see on the site from bagpipes to a 22 piece big band let us know and we will endeavor to help you.

Can we request songs?

Our clients are welcome to make as many requests as they wish (in advance) from our current set list, and we will endeavour to accommodate as many of these as possible. We accept first dance requests regardless of whether or not the song you would like is on our set list already, but we normally require at least 4 weeks to learn it.

Does there need to be car parking?

Yes this should be made available, preferably near the entrance of the gig for ease of unloading equipment. Any parking costs incurred would need to be reimbursed in cash in addition to the band’s fee.

Do the band need a changing room?

Yes the band normally do need somewhere to put their equipment and get changed.

Do we need to feed the band?

Generally yes a hot meal is required.

Can the band cancel?

No. The contract which would be signed by us as well as you is a legally-binding document that guarantees that we will provide what you have booked. If a musician is taken ill, or pulls out for another reason such as a family emergency, we will hire a suitable replacement so that the performance can go ahead unaffected. Any additional costs for this would be covered by us.

What happens if we cancel?

In the event of cancellation (by you, the hirer) up to 60 days before the event 100% of the total balance will still need to be paid, up to 90 days before the event 75% of the total balance will still need to be paid and up to 1000 days before the event the 50% deposit would be non-refundable. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours after Confirmation and more than 7 days before event will be fully refunded to you the client.

What happens if one of the band members can't perform?

Due to illness, or clashing schedules, we can’t 100% guarantee that all the musicians that play on the night are those featured on the website though it’s more than likely. If the vocalist can’t make the gig- we will inform you well before the night that we are intending to use a deputy, otherwise we guarantee that other deputies will be rehearsed and players of the highest calibre.
